• This information is used only to personalize workout, recovery, warmup, reminder, and training features inside the app.
• If you choose to use sharing features, any text or content you share is sent only through the external app you choose.

2. How Information Is Stored

• Workout preferences, survey answers, selected schedule, reminders, recovery choices, goals, app settings, and other information needed for app function are stored locally on your device using on-device app storage.
• The app does not upload your personal fitness information to a developer-owned server.
• The app does not maintain a user account system.

3. Sharing of Information

• The app does not sell your personal information.
• The app does not share your personal information with third parties.
• Your workout, recovery, schedule, and survey information stays on your device unless you personally choose to share something through an external app or service.

5. External Links and External Apps

If you use a sharing feature, contact support, open a video, open a social media page, send an email, or open another app from Workout with VIP Coaching, you leave the Workout with VIP Coaching experience and the privacy policy of that external service or app will apply.

6. Permissions

Workout with VIP Coaching only uses device access or app behavior reasonably necessary for features you choose to use. If access is requested by your device or another app, it is related to a feature you chose to open, subject to your device settings and platform behavior.
